What is the minimum order quantity?
Existing designs generally start from 50 pcs. 925 silver projects can start from 30 pcs. Final MOQ depends on material, dimensions, production process and requested customisation.
Can I customise an existing design?
Yes. Use a product code or reference image and explain the material, stone, colour, finish, dimensions, logo or packaging changes you would like to discuss.
Can you develop a new jewellery idea?
You can start with inspiration, a sketch or an early brief. The next step is to clarify the essential product details before sampling and production options can be discussed.
How is the price confirmed?
Pricing is quoted after material, stone, finish, dimensions, quantity and packaging requirements are clear. The website does not publish fixed unit prices because those details change the production route.
How long do sampling and production take?
Timing is project-specific and is discussed after the product brief and the required material or customisation route are clear.
Can private-label packaging be included?
Yes. Packaging, logo presentation, cards and inserts can be included in the enquiry so they are considered together with the jewellery design.
What materials can be discussed?
The current reference designs show natural gemstone, pearl and gold-tone directions. Material availability and suitability are confirmed for each project.
