A clearer sourcing brief reduces assumptions and makes a quotation easier to compare against the right material, finish and production route.
Start with the product direction
Send a reference image, product code, sketch or simple description. State which feature matters most: silhouette, stone, pearl profile, surface finish or colour.
State target quantity and market
Quantity affects the relevant MOQ route. Your market can influence material, presentation and documentation questions.
Name the details you do not want changed
If necklace length, stone colour, clasp type or ring profile is essential, write it down. Separate fixed requirements from areas open to recommendation.
Include presentation requirements
Private-label packaging, cards, inserts and logo presentation should be included early if they are part of the end customer experience.
